Overseeing the absolute comfort and enjoyment of your stay is our Guest Services Manager, Carmen. Carmen is on hand to ensure you settle in as quickly and easily as possible, and will immediately tend to any queries or needs you may have. Carmen has been at the marina for 10 years and knows all the facilities and services with ease. Nothing is too much trouble.
Soldiers Point Marina is available 24/7 for any need what so ever. The concierge service can send mail / parcels for you, take your laundry to the dry cleaners, arrange provisioning, book tours or activities, arrange bottle shop deliveries and anything else you require.
Saving you time and hassle, our boat valet service includes refuelling your vessel, stocking up on supplies (including the all-important refrigerator), airing and cleaning the boat, and checking and switching on the air conditioning—leaving you with nothing to do except enjoy your boat and our beautiful waterways.
Boat valet services can be requested up to 24 hours prior to using your vessel.
This simple app, available for free download to your smart phone from iTunes or Google Play, enables you to directly communicate with our marina management to ensure that your boating needs are met quickly and efficiently. At the touch of a button, you can request food or ice or fuel, or let us know when you’re nearby so that we can arrange valet parking for you.
Easy to activate and user friendly, the app operates via a username and password set up through our office software. Not only does the app give you instant access to our staff, it also gives you peace of mind when you’re away from the marina: you can view your prized possession at any time via a high-definition live-stream video feed to your phone.
V-Assist is a unique customer service system that lets us know when you approach the marina. Whether you arrive by land or by water, sensors provide details of your pending return so that we can make your arrival as smooth as possible.
Each customer is issued with two tags (like those used for toll roads): one for the car and one for the boat. On approach by road, an alert is triggered and a message is sent to our Porter, who will be waiting to assist you with parking your car, unloading supplies, and helping you to your boat. When returning to the marina by water, a message is sent to the Dockmaster on duty who will ensure your berth is ready for docking, and then help you with unloading and returning to your vehicle.
Dockmasters are on location seven days a week to assist with berthing, fender attachment, rope slicing, etc.
In fact, any needs or requests are happily handled. A courtesy phone line direct to a dockmaster enables immediate contact.
Complimentary coffees and newspapers are delivered daily to our guests, as are our signature sunset cocktails – available from Christmas to Easter.
Beer, red wine, white wine, Twinings tea, Nespresso coffee and soft drinks are always available in our America’s Cup lounge, and we make special days even more so with a generous gesture or surprise. Let us know if we can make your stay even more memorable.
